Moravia is new flood threat area
According to FEMA, the village of Moravia, close by Owasco Lake's headwaters, is Cayuga County's flood pocket. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is proposing new flood zone maps that, in some cases, change boundaries for the zones most likely to flood.
